Eve - Practice Manager

Eve started as Practice Manager in 2021. She left her job as a Hepatology PA-C, at the VAMC, to join DIAH. She is committed to the practice and her excitement about the veterinary field continues to grow everyday.

  • Favorite Part of DIAH: “My caring and amazing staff, all the tail wags and purrs, and passing down our love for animals to our kids.”

  • Fur Family: Golden Retriever named Onslow

  • Hobbies: “I love hanging out with my husband (Dr. Hosking) and two daughters! We love going out to breakfast for ‘big pancakes’, checking out all the playgrounds with the best slides, and the beach! We cannot wait to travel, hike, and camp as a family of four.”

  • Fun Fact: “I have hiked the Kalalau trail on the Na Pali Coast of Kauai.”

  • Favorite Breed: “I love them all. But my first dog was a black lab, so labs will always have a special place in my heart.”


Jannette - Assistant practice manager

Jannette has been with DIAH since 2019. She decided on a career change due to her love for animals. She is certified as a Cat Friendly Veterinary Advocate. She will make sure all of your animals get cuddles and love.

Erin - LVT - Lead Technician

Erin began her veterinary career at DIAH in 2007 as a receptionist and since has become a Licensed Veterinary Technician, ultimately promoting to the top leadership role for the patient care team. She is a 2012 graduate of Trident Technical College's Veterinary Technician program.

  • Favorite Part of DIAH: "Working with great people who all have such amazing compassion for our patients. I love learning something new everyday."

  • Fur Family: 3 Dogs (Poe, Banner, & Little Bear) and 2 Cats (Penny & Mustard).

  • Hobbies: “Spending time with family (husband and two kids) and friends. Traveling and hiking. BMX racing has been a big hobby for our family lately.”

    Fun Fact: Erin ran 2 half marathons!

Pam - LVT - Technician

Pam joined our team in 2014. She holds an AAS in Veterinary Technology from Sussex Community College of New Jersey.

  • Fur Family: 2 Kitties - Luke (our orange tabby) & Tink (our grey tabby girl).

Aurora - LVT- Technician

Aurora has been with DIAH since 2011. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician, as well as a Licensed South Carolina Real Estate agent!

  • Favorite part about working at DIAH: “The animals, I do it for them. My favorite part is seeing the difference I make in a patient’s life as well as their owners.”

  • Hobbies: “My daughter Dahlia is literally the reason I get up in the morning. She is my world, and I basically work just so I can provide her with wonderful memories! I also enjoy doing DIY home projects, salsa dancing, cooking, and working out in my free time.”

Kenzie - Technician

Kenzie has been with DIAH since 2018. She started off working here as a groomer’s assistant, and worked her way up to being a Technician. Currently, she is enrolled in the Veterinary Technician Program at Penn Foster.

Ariana - Technician

Ariana has been at DIAH since 2021. She is currently in school to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Penn Foster.

Callie - LVT - Technician

Callie started working at DIAH in 2014 as a technician’s assistant before graduating from Trident Technical College and is now a Licensed Veterinary Technician.

Kelsey - Technician

Kelsey has been with DIAH since 2020. She has a degree in Education, but decided on career change due to her love for furry friends.

JESS - LVT - TECHNIcian

Jess has been with DIAH since 2023. A native of Sullivan’s Island, she graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Media Studies after studying broadcast journalism at the University of South Carolina. In 2017, her love of science and nature led her to her purpose as she changed career paths. Two years later, she obtained her Associate in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and Associate of Science Degree. She started in emergency and specialty care thus she is excited to be a part of the DIAH family!

  • Favorite part about working at DIAH:  “The team! Genuine, thorough, and dedicated to each patient and client individually. The outstanding level of collaboration and communication. The positive and proactive environment.”

  • Fur Family: Ranger, an American Boxer, and Walter, a Norwegian Forrest cat. My furever family members are Cuco, a Staffie show dog, Van Gogh, a diabetic Domestic Short Hair, Sadie, a Yellow Labrador Retriever, Sonny, an American Quarter Horse, and 2 Jack Russel Terriers, T-Bone and Lucy.

  • Hobbies: You can find me under the sun at the beach, with my family, alone bird watching, or listening to true crime podcasts. I love reading about astrophysics, the Victorian era and the practice of mindfulness. I enjoy classical ballet, rainstorms, the Halloween holiday, and walking the Ravenel Bridge!

  • Fun Fact: I collect Audubon framed prints and Fiestaware.

  • Favorite Breed: I gravitate towards senior shelter animals and all “bully breeds.” My favorite breeds include the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terriers, Shiba Inus, Rottweilers, Pomeranians, American Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers, Dachshunds, Standard Poodles, and Afghan Hounds. I also adore American Paint Horses, Sphynx and Bengal cats, and Roseate Spoonbills!


SAVANNAH - RECEPTIONIST/Tech Assistant

Savannah (or Sav!) has been with DIAH since 2022. She has a soft spot for helping people and pets in their time of need. “If I can bring brightness to someone’s darkest days I feel satisfied that I did my job”.
